I definitely pulled the pregnancy card and slacked off on Valentine's Day this year since I'd been optimistically planning to be in the hospital delivering a baby. (I do have a few attempts at Grant-made cards that never quite got finished...). Fortunately, Ceci came through for us with an adorable dinosaur card complete with stickers for Grant, so he got to start the day off right.
