Our Tree Room

Our giant tree needed a new home, so we folded up our drop leaf dining table and moved the tree (minus a few inches from the top) into the dining room.  Grant and Hayes both had their own techniques for helping to decorate.  Grant's method was to put all 'like' items together, so we had a nice row of red balls going along the bottom.    

 Hayes employed more of a 'seek and destroy' method which involved scrambling towards the tree at every opportunity and removing whatever he could as quickly as possible.

 We took a quick picture before Hayes went to bed.

Grant took a break to watch Veggie Tales while we finished decorating, and then he came back to do the last ornament:

And here's the finished product, complete with a wall to at least slow Hayes down on his ornament attacks:

We think our tree likes having its own room.
